Examinations Manager 

Increase opportunities for young Africans to learn new skills and gain UK qualifications by providing managerial support as part of the English and Exam Strategic Business Unit. The post holder will manage all aspects of our Exams operation in Ethiopia:

·         Operational management

·         Financial planning, budget monitoring and management

·         Exam security and compliance

·         HR and Line management

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Amharic (English IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)

·         University Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field of studies;

·         Proven experience of managing relationships with clients and experience of product development;

·         Business planning and development

·         Financial management

Examinations Officer 

Increase opportunities for young Africans to learn new skills and gain UK qualifications by providing operational support as part of the English and Exams Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Exam Delivery - Processing exam papers & event planning & management
  • Resource and Financial Management
  • Effective Customer relations management  (candidates and exam boards)

·         Ability to communicate  in English (both written and spoken) equivalent to CEF level B2 or IELTS 6 or higher

·         University degree

·         Customer service

·         Working as part of a team

·         Experience in financial processes
